La literie est de très bonne qualité et tous les produits de première nécessité sont disponibles.
En bas de l'appartement un arrêt de bus qui nous permet de ne pas avoir besoin de prendre la voiture de la semaine. ( ticket pour toutes les villes à 13€ par semaine). Le garage sécurisé mis à disposition est un vrai plus également.
Il y a aussi la gare à 5 mn à pied pour aller en Italie par exemple ou de l'autre côté toutes les villes jusqu'à grasse.
Un Super U est également accessible à 5 mn à pied et une excellente boulangerie à 5mn aussi côté Italie.
La magnifique vieille ville de Menton est accessible à pied en longeant la mer (15mn max).

The apartment is very well located, particularly if you want to go exploring around the region.
We used the train to visit other beaches at Villefranche and Cap D'ail ( we absolutely loved swimming in the clear sea) and we also spent time in Monte Carlo, Eze and the market at Ventimiglia in Italy.

We enjoyed the short walk into Menton town to visit the baroque Basilica and the historic cemetery and soak up the buzzy atmosphere. Plenty of choice of resturants to try too.

Marco welcomed us personally, showed us around and gave... read more us tips. The apartment is great, especially because of the view and super facilities. Attention was paid to the smallest details, e.g. a hair straightener, music box for the cell phone, books/games, etc.
The underground parking lot in this area is important. We took the nearby train to get to Formula 1 during the day. The train stops directly at the race track and was not nearly as crowded as the one from Nice.

Biggest and actually cheapest supermarket is 5 mins from apartment, bus stop is one min to go. Apartment itself is very clean and well equipped, as we leaved there for month, we cooked a lot, wash clothes etc, we found everything for it in the flat. But I would also like to highlight the host Marco, he was so friendly, was always ready to help us with every question or request as fast as he could. His warm manner and this beautiful flat makes us feel as at home. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone who would like to feel comfy on Riviera!

Everything in the apartment was clean and modern. They really thought of everything here. Its facilities and equipment were perfect. There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the kitchen, it is worth bringing capsules. The terrace or balcony is L-shaped and a very good size. It has a table and chairs. The electric shade above the balcony is very useful. There are blinds on the windows and balcony doors. There is an underground garage under the building, where we got a private parking space. There is a grocery store nearby. The paid beach is quite expensive, but there are many free beaches nearby. All in all, I absolutely recommend it to everyone, because it's a wonderful apartment and Marco is a great host!

Aside from that, the place is perfect with everything you'd need to cook in or just enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the water or the sun come up.
